Exporting a User Database
You can save the user information and settings from one VTrak RAID subsystem,
export it, and then import it to automatically configure your other VTrak RAID
subsystems.
To export a user database:
1. Click the AdminTool tab.
2. Click the Import/Export icon.
3. Click the Export option.
4. Choose User Database from the Type dropdown menu.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. In the Open dialog box, click the Save File option, then click the OK button.
The file is saved to your PC as “User.dat”.
Note
The user database file is not designed to be opened or edited in
the field.
