Chapter 3: Troubleshooting

Fan Replacement

To replace a fan on the SuperSwap 1600:

1. Power down the PC.

2. Remove the SuperSwap enclosure from the PC chassis and turn it upside-

down.

3. Remove the two mounting screws and lift the bottom cover off the

SuperSwap enclosure.

4. Remove the two circuit board screws.

5. Remove the fan mounting screw.

6. Gently lift the circuit board and fan out of the enclosure.

7. Unplug the power connector of the old fan.
